FitBolt Blender 30-Day Regret Policy

FitBolt is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. That's why we offer a 30-day regret policy from the date of receiving your FitBolt Blender. Please see below for the terms and conditions of this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your FitBolt Blender to initiate a return.
  2. Condition of Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all the accessories, manuals, and packaging included. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or have been used extensively will not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thefitunitybiz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval Process: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
  2. Partial Refunds: If the product is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, you may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
